Commercial building owners should have their roofs inspected regularly to ensure drains remain clear, gutters function properly, and no new low spots have developed. Catching these issues early often prevents expensive repairs and helps maximize the life of the roofing system.

These can include improving drainage, installing tapered insulation to encourage water flow, repairing low areas, or replacing sections of the roofing system if necessary.
